My journey into the fitness world started in a very personal way—through my son. When he became involved in high school sports, I saw firsthand how the right gear can boost confidence, performance, and motivation. What began as supporting him quickly turned into a passion of my own.

At the same time, I’ve begun my own fitness journey—committing to becoming a healthier, stronger version of myself. Going through this process personally has given me a deeper appreciation for the dedication, discipline, and small victories that come with showing up every day.
